I'm not shirking the challenge

I've been set a challenge by a fellow mistress of the blog and I just want to say that I'm not trying to weasel my way out of the challenge, I just am somewhat swamped at the moment. I'm hoping that I can rise up to the challenge on March 1. This date is based on my own work thesis being due on February 28.

This is unfortunate

The incident is of course, horrific and horrible and I feel sorry for the family. But as a casual obsever of the event, it is somewhat funny when one reads of the nature of the death alongside its location (Link)

3.5 months later

Fuck yeah! It only took 3.5 months to get my broadband connected -- that's 2.5 months longer than first expected. You gotta love this Western Nation, with its excellent infrastructure and cutting edge technologies!
